Contact Hamilton is the single access point for children's services funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Programs include Children's Services, Developmental Services Ontario Hamilton-Niagara (DSO HNR) and Passport program.

Crisis: Mon-Sun 24 hours 905-972-8338
Crisis Outreach and Support Team, Child and Youth Support
Crisis line and a mobile crisis team of child and youth crisis workers connected to a variety of mental health and social service agencies and able to help those who have a serious mental illness and are in a crisis situation. Intake can be initiated by children and youth directly or through their family members and caregivers. Referrals are accepted from community agencies and professionals including schools and police.
